Excel Technical Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced person to fill the position of Maintenance Training Engineer - TAS. This (MTE) reports to the TAS Maintenance Training Manager with additional responsibility to the TAS Maintenance Manager. This is a full time resident position.
The MTE will be responsible to transfer “Best Industry Practices” and “Companies Policy and Experience” to the maintenance staff in an effort to move the maintenance operations overall standard towards that recognized elsewhere within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
The role is to assist TAS in its nationalization efforts by developing National maintenance engineers to meet all of the companies maintenance standards, knowledge and abilities. The MTE will also implement the practical on the job aspects of the TAS engineering training program, as developed by the Training manager, and assist in delivery of the training curriculum for both classroom lectures and practical “on the floor” aspects of the program. The MTE will also assist the Training manager in development of the curriculum and adaptation to Thai DCA requirements.
Standard Practices: Provide on job training via the methods of classroom lectures and on the job supervision and demonstration for all aspects of aircraft maintenance including documentation, Heli-soft, technical record keeping, line and heavy maintenance and maintenance planning and supervision.
Competency: Proactively bring areas of concern or areas of weakness that require management attention along with potential solutions to the TAS maintenance Manager. Assist the Maintenance manager in the performance evaluation of all TAS maintenance staff and assist in the development of career planning and staff development for TAS maintenance Engineers.
Maintenance Procedures: Identify areas of weakness in maintenance procedures and assist the Maintenance training Carry out all practical training on all aspects of Maintenance practices and procedures.
OJT Support: Help both the auxiliary and the licensed mechanic administer his or her OJT program and aid the Auxiliary in identifying upcoming work in which they should be involved so as to complete all the requirements listed, in the pursuit of their license or of additional certification authorities within the maintenance organization.
Position Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 Years Licensed.
Must have proof of basic training showing syllabus and time spent on topic.
AME course completion certificate.
Current FAA A&P (IA preferred) or EASA / ICAO Schedule 1 / Transport Canada M2 AME licenses preferred.
Training, endorsement and minimum 3 years of hands-on line experience with one or more of the following types: Sikorsky S76 (A, A+, A++, C+ series)

IMMEDIATE START FOR AVIONIC SYSTEM ENGINEERS
LOCATION: EUROPE
Excel Technical Consulting are recruiting for Support Engineers to work in the Avionics department for our well known client.You will be developing, maintaining and utilising your experience in the avionics field so that the services package which is offered to internal and external customers is of the highest standard. You will be responsible for producing service bulletins, trouble shootings, validations etc as well as producing engineering orders and instructions. This role may be suitable for some one with a Technical Records background.
The contract is for 2 months but there is a high possibility that this could be extended.
You will have an EASA license or be able to demostrate the equivalent knowledge due to your experience. Candidates who can speak Dutch, French and English will be at a distinct advantage
