Composite materials are becoming more and more a part of everyday life, in aviation, motorsport, marine and more general applications, and their usage is set to increase further. In conjunction with our core business of supporting Aviation production and maintenance we have added composite recruitment to our portfolio.

In addition to providing the same unrivalled level of service that Excel have become known for, our composite recruitment team is headed up by a experienced composite engineer, with extensive hands on production experience as well as previous exposure to design, customer support and all other areas relating to the composite industry.

 

This places our composite recruitment team in a unique position; not only do they have first hand knowledge of the materials, techniques and processes that are used within composite manufacture, they also often have worked alongside the specialists we are offering as candidates. Excel can offer experienced contractors for production and repair of all major composite materials, including FRP, CFRP, GRP and Pre-impregnated carbon fibre, with backgrounds ranging from marine sports, motorsports including WRC and F1, aviation/aerospace maintenance and production, automotive including coachbuilders and OE applications and defence companies. We take references on all candidates, often personally from our composite team who will have actually worked with the candidate, and we hope to be able to satisfy any requirement within 48 hours of receiving the order.
